1. Shipping Scope & Origin

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

United States
Canada
United Kingdom
Australia
New Zealand

European Countries:
Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Total Delivery Time: = Processing Time (2–5 business days) + Transit Time (10–20 business days).

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country, customs clearance, carrier operations, or peak seasons.

3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 11:00 PM (Beijing Time, UTC+8) will be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 11:00 PM (Beijing Time, UTC+8) will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable international shipping partners to ensure safe delivery of your orders.

Primary Carrier: YunExpress

The carrier used depends on the destination and shipping method selected.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

The tracking number will be active within 24–72 hours of shipment.

6. Delivery Charges

Free Standard Shipping on orders USD $89 and above
Shipping costs for orders below USD $89 will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sales Tax:
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and in accordance with applicable local laws.

Customs Duties:
For international orders (outside the United States), customs duties and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout.
